 elcome to the Spring 2012 issue of Global Voices, the News and Events pages for the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at the College of William & Mary. With this issue we are introducing a new theme. We will now be devoting most of the Spring issue of the Newsletter to our graduating seniors and the Fall issue will be devoted largely to Department news and Faculty bios. This issue features interviews with graduating seniors in Arabic Studies (Kelly Houck ’12), French and Francophone Studies (Bridget Carr ’12), Italian Studies (Casey Swann ’12), and Russian Studies (Jacob Lassin ’12). We’ve also got a great Graduation 2012 Image Gallery with pictures from graduation.
