My experience as a student in the William and Mary French and Francophone Studies department has been inspiring and illuminating. As a student in the French department, I had the opportunity to learn French from brilliant professors from diverse backgrounds. I had the opportunity to spend one week in Paris with classmates and Professor Fauvel, where I expanded my knowledge of French culture. This experience strengthened my love for French and my understanding of Paris, and I am truly grateful for the wonderful experiences I had as a student in this department. In the future, I would like to travel the world, learn more languages, and live on the beach.
